Signs Your Body Needs to Release Trapped Emotions

What is The Emotion Code?

The Emotion Code is a powerful quantum healing technique developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, which works by finding and releasing trapped negative emotions that have been stored in the body through our subconscious minds’ desire to protect us from further suffering.

The Emotion Code is a very precise method. After first discussing what you would like to work on, we take a quick moment to ground and center ourselves. Then I muscle test for you by proxy to identify the trapped emotions using the Emotion Code Chart of Emotions. Next, I muscle test to ask if anything else needs to be discovered before releasing the emotion. If the answer is yes, I get more details through muscle testing by asking yes/no questions about what happened when the emotion was trapped, like the age you were at the time, if the emotion was absorbed, inherited or your own, what the event was, other people involved, location in the body, etc. If nothing else needs to be discovered I release the emotion by swiping a magnet along the Governing Meridian (the main energy line in our bodies) 3 times, unless it is an inherited or shared emotion. In that case, I swipe the magnet 10 times. I always check to confirm that the energy is gone afterwards.

It is important to let the body tell us how much Emotion Code work to do in a session. Most of the time I will find that I can identify and release about five to ten trapped emotions in a thirty-minute session. This is typical, but sometimes I may find that your body will only allow you to release two or three emotions in a session, and that’s okay. Trust the wisdom of your body!

The body needs a few days to process trapped emotions after they are released. This is a healing time, when you may feel some side-effects of processing the emotions that were just released. Most of the time, processing is pretty mild and isn’t really noticed. You’ll usually feel lighter and less burdened. Other times you may feel some negative symptoms from processing. You may feel some echoes of the emotions that were released, you may feel tired, you may feel out of sorts emotionally, you may cry or even feel sick. The unpleasant effects don’t typically last for more than a day or two and they are usually very mild. At the end of a session, I muscle test to see approximately how much time processing will take, so you can know when more Emotion Code work can be done.

WHAT ARE TRAPPED EMOTIONS AND HOW ARE THEY AFFECTING YOU?

Emotions are pure energy forms produced by different organs in the body as you experience everyday life. Emotional energy vibrates at different frequencies all the way down to the cellular level and plays a critical role in your life and overall health and well-being. All emotions have the capacity to affect your physical and mental health for better or worse.

 

There are times when our natural ability to process our emotions becomes disrupted, for example when an emotion or emotionally charged event is too negative or intense, and these emotions are suppressed and not fully processed. Those emotions are actual physical balls of energy that become trapped somewhere within your body and subconscious mind vibrating at lower frequencies and negatively influencing your biological makeup, how you react to the world around you, and how you connect to the Universe and all of the abundance that your life has to offer.

 

TRAPPED EMOTIONS ARE DESTRUCTIVE IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE AND ARE THE NUMBER ONE SOURCE CAUSE OF ANY EMOTIONAL, PHYSICAL OR MENTAL ILLNESS AND DISCOMFORT. The more they are in control of your life, the more symptoms and obstacles you will experience. 

 

The average adult is said to have more than 300 trapped emotions, which can disrupt your health, wealth and happiness.

 

Everyone has emotional baggage caused by painful life events, and this emotional baggage is what your trapped emotions are. You could be holding on to a suitcase full of negatively charged emotional energy. Your subconscious mind is like this suitcase, and it knows everything there is to know about each trapped emotion it is holding (i.e., age the trapped emotion occurred, life event surrounding it, and other people involved when it was created). Sometimes these trapped emotional energies can be out of your control, meaning you may not be the one who created some of the trapped emotions you’re holding onto. In addition to your own emotional baggage, you can also inherit trapped emotions from your parents or your ancestors, and possibly absorb them from the people around you. 

 

Using The Emotion Code I will work with you to identify and release any trapped emotions you may be holding to restore balance so that your body can begin it's natural healing process. As you recover, you may find that your symptoms and/or obstacles start to resolve themselves or at least  become more easily manageable, and that life begins to conspire to work on your behalf.

WHAT IS A HEART-WALL AND HOW CAN YOU BENEFIT FROM A HEART-WALL CLEARING?

A Heart-Wall is an energetic barrier that your heart builds out of trapped emotions to protect itself from being hurt. It's good to have when you're in a challenging or traumatic situation, but once that event has passed the Heart-Wall remains and can stop you from feeling positive emotions, connecting with other people or knowing what you want to do with your life.

Dr. Bradley Nelson, creator of The Emotion Code states, "I believe that Heart-Walls affect us in two ways. First, they block the heart energy from flowing through the body; this makes it more difficult for the body to heal itself, and can cause physical symptoms, particularly in the neck, upper back and shoulders. Second, they block us from fully opening our hearts to others. In essence, a Heart-Wall will make you numb to others and make it more difficult for you to feel emotions and connect to others. When you realize that the mind puts the Heart-Wall up to protect us in the first place, it all makes sense, but if you have a Heart-Wall, you will have a harder time being able to give and receive love freely."

When I remove a Heart-Wall, for some clients the difference is immediately felt, and for others, the change is noticed more slowly over time. Like Dr. Nelson, I believe that removing your Heart-Wall is the single most important thing you can do to begin living your best life. It will open you to a world of possibilities.
